The exercises we use for correctives are movements or exercises chosen to correct a specific issue. These programs are designed to be user-friendly and as lean as possible (not 20 exercises, 3 times per day, that’s not realistic for everyday compliance). Our therapists use their in-depth knowledge of anatomy to develop a set of correctives that use posture, joint position and mind-muscle activation to achieve the most desired outcomes.
There is no ‘one best way’ to prescribe someone with corrective exercises. There are certainly the tried and tested methods that we know work again and again, but each and every individual is assessed scientifically according to their needs and how they might respond to certain movements.
