
Dynamic Health and Recovery’s Booking and Cancellation Policy
Your time is very important to us, that’s why we do our best to find you the most suitable appointment time.
You will receive a reminder SMS the day before your appointment (Friday, if your appointment is scheduled for a Monday).
Due to the high demand for appointments;
- Any cancellation or alteration to an appointment after 3pm of the day prior will incur a fee of $50, to be made by bank transfer before booking your next appointment.*
- Failure to attend an appointment, or cancellations made after 8pm of the day prior (Friday if your appointment is a Monday), will incur the full service fee, to be made by bank transfer before booking your next appointment.*
- Appointments on public holidays have a 15% surcharge and may require pre-payment. We require a minimum 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule these appointments. The full service fee (incl. 15%) will be changed for alterations with notice less than 72 hours.*
- *All cancellations will be invoiced to the client by email with payment instruction on the attachment.
If you do not contact us, or you cancel an appointment with late notice, we cannot guarantee that another appointment will readily be available to you.
We understand that sometimes things can happen that results in you not being able to attend an appointment, however please also understand that in order to continue running our practice we require attendance of scheduled appointments and respect for our policies.
Currently our operating hours are; Monday 10am-8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-3pm, Friday 8am-2pm and Odd Saturdays 8am-12pm. Our consultations are by appointment only. If you can’t find a time that suits, please contact us directly to discuss whether there may be another option available.
